The Power!

Power is the intensity of the effort produced. Power is simply the amount of work or energy you expend in a given time frame and is measured in watts (W). Power is the product of the force on the pedal times the cadence. Measuring the power is essential to calculate the amount of energy used during a workout. Power is therefore the optimal parameter for everyone wanting to improve their fitness or for those who want to perform at their best competitively.
